Shipping charges are calculated at the time your order is processed. Regardless of your order being over $150.00 and therefore "Freight Free" you will still need to select the shipping area e.g.: North Island or South Island. The method or delivery service is based on the overall weight and actual size of your order. When purchasing more than one item the freight calculator will determine the appropriate consolidated freight total. The principle being you don’t pay multiples of freight for multiple items.
Our aim is to process your order by the end of the day in which we receive payment confirmation. Depending on the delivery method your order can take up to 5 working days to arrive particularly if delivery is between islands. So please allow up to 5 working days from the placement of your order, In most cases however you will receive your order within 1-3 days.
NB: If you are a rural delivery customer it may take an additional 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
